You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, and implementing robust and scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design application architecture. - Build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Implement robust and scalable software solutions using SAP BASIS Administration. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure high performance and reliability. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components. - Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Hands-on experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrade. - Familiarity with SAP transport management and change control processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
