Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members - Identify and mitigate risks and issues - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solution Planning Costing & Pricing - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making - Experience in managing complex projects and programs Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Transition - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
