Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and evaluating application and technical architecture requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful integration of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and evaluate application requirements to ensure alignment with technical architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. - Make key decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Ensure successful integration of technology solutions. - Manage and lead the team to deliver high-quality results. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to technology architecture. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives. - Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology vendors and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong understanding of technical architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements. - Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Experience with performance optimization and scalability. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with SAP HANA administration. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
