Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented according to the specified requirements and standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing application modules, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and implement application modules based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging of application modules to ensure their functionality and performance. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Create technical documentation for application modules, including design specifications and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and configuration. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionalities and modules. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll integration with other systems. - Experience in designing and developing custom reports and interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules. - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security and role-based access control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
