Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. You will team up with project manager & developers and work closely to enable cloud ops team to migrate current Jira instances and workflows to a corporate Jira and service now platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Collect, Analyze, and document the requirements and specifications for the migration project. - Design and test the new Jira and service now workflows, processes, and features. - Provide training and support to the cloud ops team and other users of the new platforms. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough requirements analysis to understand business needs and objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and elicit feedback. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Requirements Analysis. - Good experience in business analysis, preferably in Jira and service now platforms, and related ITIL/ITSM processes and cloud ops processes. - Certifications in business analysis, such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA. - Excellent analytical, design, and testing skills. - Familiarity to any of Ariba, Business Network and Fieldglass is a plus. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Estimation and Planning. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices. - Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Good communication skills.
