Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve conducting current state assessments, analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative business solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead current state assessments to identify business opportunities. - Define high-level customer requirements. - Develop innovative business solutions and structures. - Create a business case to achieve the vision. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and analyzing customer requirements. - Ability to develop innovative business solutions and structures. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
