Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, developing and deploying infrastructures and applications, and providing support for technology initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Ensure the integrity and governance of systems. - Develop and deploy infrastructures and applications. - Support technology initiatives. - Collaborate with the team to deliver services. - Implement best practices for service delivery. - Contribute to the improvement of existing standards and methods of delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of system integrity and governance. - Experience in developing and deploying infrastructures and applications. - Knowledge of best practices for service delivery. - Familiarity with existing standards and methods of delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Flexible to work in night shift
