Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and troubleshoot technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the development and deployment of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. - Contribute to the improvement of existing standards and methods of delivery. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workplace Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of system integrity and governance. - Knowledge of best practices for delivering services. - Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures and applications. - Familiarity with architectural and operational perspectives. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Workplace Solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Flexible to work in night shift
