Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Ensure client satisfaction and manage risk to services. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT service issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Flexible to work in night shift
