Job Description

Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Linux Architecture
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure adherence to operational requirements - Implement best practices for service delivery - Conduct regular performance evaluations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture - Strong troubleshooting skills - Experience in system monitoring and maintenance - Knowledge of cloud technologies - Good understanding of networking concepts Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux Architecture - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full time education is required
