Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and/or managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and services on a daily basis. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication within the team - Implement best practices for system operations - Conduct regular system audits for performance optimization Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration - Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server environments - Experience in managing Active Directory and Group Policy - Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware - Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office - A 15 years full-time education is required
