Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of the users. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to ensure their smooth functioning and optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of the organization. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users. - Ensure the security and integrity of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for improvement. - Document application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Experience with SAP PP modules and their integration with other modules. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning. - Knowledge of SAP PP configuration and customization. - Experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP QM Quality Management module. - Experience with SAP MM Materials Management module. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its features. - Knowledge of ABAP programming language. - Understanding of SAP integration technologies and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
