Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. - Identify and resolve operational issues and incidents. - Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong understanding of system operations and service delivery. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
