Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will also assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of the configuration management plan. You will also analyze business process design and application requirements to provide effective software configuration and customization solutions. Additionally, you will actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. - Collaborate with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of the configuration management plan. - Analyze business process design and application requirements to provide effective software configuration and customization solutions. - Ensure adherence to software configuration and customization best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing software configuration and customization solutions. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change management processes. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
