Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain the performance of production systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. - Implement and maintain system monitoring and alerting tools. - Document and update operational procedures and guidelines. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Experience with virtualization technologies and platforms. - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
