Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on designing and developing applications, collaborating with the team to understand requirements, and configuring applications to meet business needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as ensuring the applications are aligned with industry best practices and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand application requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure applications to meet business needs and ensure they are aligned with industry best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Ensure applications are developed and maintained according to coding standards and guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and their integration with other systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Experience with Oracle Database and SQL. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
