Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements. - Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions. - Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the development of project proposals and business cases. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Application Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for Microsoft 365. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. - Familiarity with identity and access management concepts. - Ability to assess and mitigate security risks. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Summary: Summary: As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities, designing roadmaps to achieve the target state, and covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance and Microsoft Application Architecture to design and implement technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance and Microsoft Application Architecture. - Define technology transformation strategies and capabilities, including north star and target blueprints. - Design roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Microsoft Application Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure and SharePoint. - Strong understanding of technology transformation strategies and capabilities. - Experience in designing roadmaps to achieve the target state. - Solid grasp of infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process aspects. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technology solutions.
