Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the project, and providing technical expertise to drive the application's success. Roles & Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions within D365F&O to meet business requirements. Customization and Development:Oversee the customization and development of complex features and functionalities using X++, .NET, and other technologies. Code Review and Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and quality standards. Integration Management:Design and manage integrations between D365F&O and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Data Migration and Validation:Plan and execute data migration strategies, validating the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Environment Management:Manage development, testing, and production environments, ensuring smooth deployment and operation. Security and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):Design and implement security models and RBAC configurations to safeguard sensitive information. Performance Optimization:Identify and implement performance optimization techniques to ensure efficient system operation. Upgrade and Migration Planning:Develop strategies and plans for upgrading D365F&O versions and migrating customizations. Lifecycle Services (LCS) Utilization:Leverage LCS for code deployment, environment management, task tracking, and collaboration. Power Platform Integration:Integrate Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for enhanced reporting and automation. Change Management and Release Management:Oversee change management processes and release management for customizations and configurations. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, customizations, and configurations. Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Stay Informed about Updates:Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to D365F&O. Vendor Management (Optional):Collaborate with third-party vendors or partners involved in the technical aspects of D365F&O implementation. Team Collaboration and Leadership:Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams and consultants. Issue Resolution and Support:Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to D365F&O configurations and customizations. Professional & Technical Skills: D365F&O Customization and Development:Extensive experience in customizing and developing solutions within D365F&O using technologies like X++, .NET, and other relevant languages. Architecture Design:Proven track record in designing and architecting complex technical solutions in D365F&O to meet specific business requirements. Code Review and Best Practices:Expertise in conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and quality standards. Integration Management:Proficient in designing and managing integrations between D365F&O and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Data Migration and Validation:Hands-on experience in planning and executing data migration strategies, along with validating the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Environment Management:Proficient in managing development, testing, and production environments in D365F&O, ensuring smooth deployment and operation. Performance Optimization:Strong knowledge and experience in identifying and implementing performance optimization techniques to ensure efficient system operation. Upgrade and Migration Planning:In-depth understanding of planning and executing version upgrades and migrations of customizations within D365F&O. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based in Ahmedabad. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
