Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Identify and mitigate risks Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Field Service - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in designing and developing software applications - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ - Familiarity with database management systems - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Field Service - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
