Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead a team of software developers - Ensure effective collaboration and performance of the team - Make key decisions to drive the success of the project Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to software development - Experience with data integration and ETL processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
