Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing sessions for team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
