Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress and decision-making. - Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in program and project management. - Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and processes. - Train and mentor junior project management professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. - Experience in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
