Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into application design. - Lead the development team in building and configuring applications. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the development process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and contribute to key decisions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. - Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on their career development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI CO and other modules. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Experience with SAP ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
