Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG Tool. - Knowledge of SAP data models and data structures. - Experience with data migration and data quality management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. - Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and tools. - Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7 -8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. Ability to handle workshops and support technical team in getting the deliverables addressed, - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
