Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, and implementing them using the Selenium framework. You will also be involved in testing and debugging applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications using the Selenium framework. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Implement and test application solutions according to specifications. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Ensure the applications are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using Selenium. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Ability to write efficient and maintainable code. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
