Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

BI Tools Administrator BI Tools Administrator is responsible for providing operation support for Non-SAP platform which includes Tableau, QlikView, Mars HFM, RC HFM, Alteryx, Helios, Helios Intelligence, On-Prem Data gateway. Responsibilities: • Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues (slow dashboards, rendering problems, data blending, join issues etc.) • Managing advanced level of servers administration (configurations, clustering, load balancing, security, performance tuning etc.). • Coordinating server upgrades, patches, and resolving post-upgrade issues • Collaborating with data engineering teams resolve data issues (i.e. data integration or refresh, source data etc.) • Managing complex ETL jobs • Optimizing server configuration, script performance and tuning data models • Managing complex user permissions and security across multiple projects • Developing detailed incident reports for recurring performance or data-related issues. • Supporting integration between BI tools (SAP BI, Tableau, QlikView etc.) • Developing strategies for managing large data sets and improving dashboard performance • Monitoring dashboard performance, refresh schedules and provide required logs • Resolving user complaints (i.e. data freshness issue, broken filters, interactivity problem, navigation issue etc.) Required Skills and Experience: • Subject Matter expertise on various BI Tools - QlikView, Mars HFM, RC HFM, Alteryx, Helios, Helios Intelligence, On-Prem Data gateway • Hands on experience as an administrator of various BI Tools - Install, Upgrade, Maintain and Patch Upgrades to BI Tools systems • Hands on experience for managing database management system used by various BI Tools - Install, Upgrade, Maintain and Monitor database management systems • Experience on operational activities - maintain the availability, operability, performance throughput, recovery of BI Tools Infrastructure components in line with the SLAs defined for the respective applications and tiers (Production, Q&A or Mirror, bug fixing, deployment, testing, development and sandbox) • Adhere to compliance and life-cycle support • Drive continuous improvement • Handle capacity management and the necessary actions • Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements • Regular team meets and discusses ongoing tickets, address team concerns, and provide updates to the team Preferred Skills and Experience: • Good Client interaction skills. • Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively over conference calls. • Technical writing skills. • Should be willing to work in shifts. • Promote teamwork
