Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the code. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement software solutions using the primary skill of Automated Testing. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools. - Experience with performance testing and load testing. - Knowledge of security testing techniques. - Understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results. - Recommendation: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
