Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Implement quality processes to ensure efficient and accurate testing. - Utilize automation tools to improve control and integrity of testing. - Develop and execute test cases to validate software functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ab Initio. - Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes. - Experience in designing and executing ETL test cases. - Knowledge of SQL and database querying for data validation. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
