Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Linux Architecture
Good to have skills : Cobol Mainframe

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems - Monitor system performance and identify any issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles - Experience in managing and supporting production systems - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python - Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux Architecture - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
