Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions, adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring their professional growth. - Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Hands-on experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
