Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the planning and execution of projects - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines - Manage project risks and issues - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks - Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile software development methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Program Management - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
