Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring they meet the requirements and are delivered on time. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Manage the application development team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the systems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance application performance and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Athena. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services. - Experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail. - Understanding of networking concepts and experience in configuring AWS VPCs and security groups. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and infrastructure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
