Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, utilizing our method, tools, training, and assets. Your role will involve managing and coordinating the team, making key decisions, and collaborating with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems. You will contribute to the growth and success of our Security Services by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Network Security Operations - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project execution - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality project delivery - Manage and coordinate the team to meet project deadlines - Identify and mitigate risks to project success - Should have knowledge on Cloud Security Architecture - Managing Client Governance Engineering Tasks Operations critical requirements - Knowledge of Cloud Security Frameworks, compliances workflows as per the solution requirement and should be able to collaborate with various teams to architect and build a secure cloud environment - Keep abreast of latest cybersecurity trends - Must have Team Management and Leadership Management skills - Willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation skill - Must have client handling experience Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations - Experience with security service project implementation - Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices - Knowledge of network security technologies and tools - Experience in incident response and threat management - Minimum of 8 to 10 years combined experience in Cloud Security - Experience of NGFW PaloAlto, Checkpoint etc,IDS/IPS, Web Proxy Solutions, WAF and network access controls - Should have knowledge on SD-WAN Solutions - Expert knowledge on DLP, End Point Security and PAM - Lead day to day operations of the Firewall and administration associated with it - Hands On experience on Microsoft Azure Firewall, NSG, Juniper Firewall Network will be added advantage - Will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Security Operations - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required - Ready to work in 24*7 - Flexible to cross skill & Upskill - Comfortable to lead/mentor people - Good communication skills Good to have certification on IEC 62443
