Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to perform tasks, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, showcasing your problem-solving skills and expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP Product Lifecycle Management - Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure the successful design, build, and configuration of applications - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP PLM - Knowledge of SAP PLM modules and their integration with other systems - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP PLM to meet business requirements Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
