Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and overseeing the application deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and user manuals. - Conduct training sessions for end-users on the implemented solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. - Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical using X++ and C#. - Knowledge of integration techniques with other systems and applications. - Familiarity with data migration and data integration tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
