You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead a team of software developers - Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among team members - Manage and prioritize tasks and deliverables Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aras Innovator Customization - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to the project - Hands-on experience with software development tools and frameworks Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Aras Innovator Customization - A 15 years full-time education is required
