Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, analyzing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve application issues to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical support. - Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations. - Implement best practices for application monitoring and performance optimization. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues. - Knowledge of server hardware and storage technologies. - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
