Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. - Identify and report software defects to ensure quality deliverables. - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements. - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance testing processes. 1. Automation Strategy: Define and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA, ensuring scalability and efficiency. 2. Framework Development: Design and maintain TOSCA-based test automation frameworks and reusable assets. 3. Tool Implementation: Configure and integrate TOSCA with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. 4. Team Enablement: Train and mentor QA teams on TOSCA features and best practices. 5. Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design data-driven test cases. 6. CI/CD Integration: Enable and manage TOSCA automation in continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. 7. Governance: Establish standards and guidelines for TOSCA test automation and ensure compliance. 8. Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and optimize test cases for performance and maintainability. 9. Reporting: Create dashboards and provide actionable insights from test metrics and results. 10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on TOSCA advancements and integrate innovative features to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite, TOSCA SAP or TOSCA SALESFORCE Automation experience. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in automated testing tools and techniques. - Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases. - Knowledge of software testing principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have Over 7 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
