Your role will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, as well as leading delivery. Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. - Lead the delivery of large, complex technology projects. - Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence. - Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in managing large, complex technology projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Delivery Excellence. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
