Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Fusion HCM Cloud (US Payroll) resource who can work on break-fixes, complex sized developments on client implementation/quarterly upgrade/roll-out projects. • 5-10 years of Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Software for modules HR, US Payroll (processing and taxation) • 1-2 full lifecycle implementations. • Thorough functional/Technical knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Experienced in all stages of documentation in the implementation life cycle • Should have knowledge on integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and 3rd party systems. • Strong written and verbal communication. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Write high-quality code to implement application components. - Conduct testing to ensure the functionality and quality of the software. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work on existing applications. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits. - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in analyzing requirements and designing software solutions. - Proficient in writing clean and efficient code. - Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems and code repositories. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
