Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.
Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Good exposure on CRM Functional Service and Marketing module and Customer Insights To be part of the Workshop, documenting detailed Requirement and Functional Design Document Participate in discovery sessions, prepare Process flow using Visio, Business Rules, prepare Design, Detailed Analysis and BRD document Collaborate with stakeholders and onshore team on daily basis Having exposure on Azure DevOps Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams
