Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Veritas NetBackup Administration system. Your dedication to quality and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in keeping our world-class systems running smoothly. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Interpret client issues and design appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs. - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. - Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. - Assist in the development and improvement of support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veritas NetBackup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with backup and recovery solutions. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with storage technologies and concepts. - Knowledge of networking protocols and configurations. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
