Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : SAP BASIS Administration
Good to have skills : SAP HANA DB Administration

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and resolving any technical problems that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze software defects and provide timely resolutions. - Assist in the implementation and configuration of software applications. - Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong knowledge of SAP Architecture, including Message Server, Dispatcher, Kernels, and Profile Locations. - Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems. - Proficiency in SAP HANA administration and management. - Good To Have Skills: - Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting. - Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform and related technologies. - Knowledge of SAP Upgrade and Patch Management. - Familiarity with database administration tasks, including backup and recovery processes. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
