Summary: Operational role entails support for internal, shared, and client owned infrastructure housed within various sites and data centers. Role is part of a team that is required to support client infrastructure 24x7x365 and adhere to SLA/OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times. Environments consist of mainly Cisco devices, Fortinet, F5 Phyical & Virtual equipment. Devices consist of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Load balancers and virtual appliances. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design innovative and scalable solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. • IT Network & Security/Cloud Operations & Service Management • IT Infrastructure Project Transition • Cisco network switching 3750, 4506, 6509, 6513, 9300 • Cisco Nexus 9K,7K,5K • Cisco Routers 1800, 2600, 2800, 3800 & ASR 1000 • Arista switching Leaf & Spine Architecture MLAG, VRRP, VXLAN, EVPN, & Arista Cloud vison support • Cisco ASA, Fortinet, checkpoint firewall build and support • GCP and Oracle Cloud support • CISCO Meraki • AZURE cloud • CISCO ISE Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of network infrastructures and protocols. - Experience in designing and implementing network solutions. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience on Fortinet/ Cisco/ Palo Alto Firewall support • Experience Load balancing/F5 Load Balancers • Experience on Cisco Device support • Experience F5 Load Balancer support • Experience in Cloud Network Support Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Certifications are a plus; CCNA , CCNP Routing ,CCNP Switching and CCNP etc.
