Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development of business architecture and ensure its alignment with strategic objectives - Analyze the current business structure and processes to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience in business process modeling and analysis - Knowledge of industry best practices in business architecture Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Transition - This position is based at our Noida office - A 15 years full-time education is required
