Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Identify and address technical challenges proactively. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum, OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Hands-on experience with database management systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in OpenText Documentum. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
