Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery -The Database Administrator (DBA) handles multifunctional database projects. -The DBA administers development/test databases. The DBA is primarily responsible for performing many related database functions across one or more teams. -This may include designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. -The DBA is able to install database management systems (DBMS); related software tools, and has a working knowledge of operating systems. -The DBA is also able to submit input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application development - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure architecture - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Knowledge of cloud security best practices - Experience with DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Additional Information: • 1+ years of Oracle DBA experience in a production environment • 1+ years of performance core DBA maintenance tasks • 1+ years of Backup/Recovery • 1+ years basic SQL and shell scripting (Linux/Unix Relevant DB certifcation • Cloud experience (AWS, Oracle, Azure, Google) • Experience with other DB platforms including open source and no-sql DB (Oracle, SQL, DB2, Sybase, mySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.) • US Citizenship or Green Card • Willingness to undergo future background check/clearance processes if needed IQN Skill Codes: 80017721 – Oracle Database Administration (Primary) 80003030 – Core Oracle Database Administration 80007220 – Oracle Exadata 80011287 – Oracle Cloud
