Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and infrastructure. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze application and infrastructure issues, and provide timely resolutions. - Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices. - Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration, AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization. - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues. - Ability to automate tasks and implement infrastructure as code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
