Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring smooth business operations and improved efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test applications based on business needs and specifications. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC). - Strong understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP BPC solutions. - Knowledge of SAP BPC administration and configuration. - Experience with SAP BPC integration with other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud. - Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Business Objects (BO). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
