Your role will involve managing a team and making key decisions, collaborating with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your skills and knowledge in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure the successful delivery of projects - Manage and mentor team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C++ Programming Language - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development - Hands-on experience with software development tools and frameworks Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in C++ Programming Language - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
